No Refund Policy

Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept payment through our secure online payment system, Paypal.
Cancellation Policy
The Marriage Vent has a cancellation policy that allows clients to cancel their scheduled session up to 48 hours before the scheduled date and time. If you cancel within this timeframe, you may be eligible for a credit towards a future session.
Rescheduling Policy
The Marriage Vent requires clients to reschedule their session within 24 hours of canceling their original session. If you do not reschedule within this timeframe, you will forfeit your session and any fees paid for that session.
Chargeback Policy
We understand that occasionally, a customer may dispute a charge on their credit card statement, known as a chargeback. While we strive to provide the best customer service and resolve any issues promptly, we also have policies and procedures in place to protect our business from unwarranted chargebacks.
Our policy regarding chargebacks is as follows:

5. We reserve the right to block future purchases from customers who have a history of chargebacks without valid reasons.
Additionally, we will prosecute customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks or abuse the chargeback process. Any such incidents will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and legal action may be taken.
